Entering Results via the Telephone

Ring the Telephone Results Line on 020 7428 6068

You will hear the message:

Welcome to the leaguemanager.biz telephone results hotline. Please enter your 6 digit club identification number, or, to hear a short message explaining the use of the Results Hotline press the * or # key otherwise please hang up.

Enter your 6 digit club number using your telephone keypad.

If you enter an invalid ID number you will hear the message:

That club identification number could not be identified please re-enter your 6 digit club ID

Once you have entered a valid ID number you will hear the message:

Thank you "Clubname". To enter results for matches played by your home teams press 1. To hear results for your home matches already entered read back to you press 2. To re-enter your 6 digit club identification number press 3 otherwise press 4 or please hang up.

Press 1 on your telephone keypad

You will hear the following message:

Please enter the home team number for this result followed by the # key

Type in the team number - which starts at 1 going upwards according to the number of teams you have registered in the league for your club - followed by the # key

If you do not have a fixture set up for the side that you specified you will hear the following message:

Sorry. I don't have any record of a fixture for your ? XI (where ? corresponds to the team number you entered). To enter another result press 1 to hear the results read back to you press 2 otherwise hang up.

You will hear the following message:

Please enter the home team score for your 1st XI match followed by the # key

Type in the number of goals scored by your home side followed by the # key

You will be asked to enter the results for the away side and will hear the following:

Please enter the away team score for your 1st XI match followed by the # key

Type in the number of goals scored by the away side followed by the # key.

The results service already knows what the opposition is so will read out the following message to you:

Your 1st XI won/lost/drew result (eg 2-1). If the result is correct press 1. To alter the result press 2

Press 1 to confirm the result or 2 to go back and change it.

Once you have confirmed the result entered, you will then be given an opportunity to enter more results by hearing the following message:

To enter another result press 1. To hear the results read back to you press 2 otherwise hang up.

Enter more results in the same way as before following the prompts, or, if you have finished entering your results simply hang up the phone.

This service is easy to use and does not require that you have a list of all the club numbers because it already knows your fixtures. All you have to remember is your own 6 digit club number.
